Levan joined the Brothers team in 2007, bringing with him over 20+ years of experience in the electrical industry. From hands-on fieldwork to overseeing complex job sites, Levan has done it all. His well-rounded background gives him an unique perspective on both the technical and managerial sides of every project. Whether he's coordinating crews, managing timelines, or troubleshooting challenges, Levan's calm leadership and deep industry knowledge keeps everything running smoothly.

Project Manager:

Since joining the Brothers team in 2022, Gary has been a key part of keeping our projects on track and our standards high. With over 28 years in the electrical industry, he brings a wealth of experience that spans from boots-on-the-ground fieldwork to high-level management.

Before joining the team, Gary gained extensive experience in the electrical contracting field, giving him firsthand insight into what it takes to lead crews, exceed client expectations, and consistently deliver high-quality work under pressure. That same drive and professionalism continue to define his approach today—coordinating job sites, tackling complex challenges, and mentoring new team members 

Project Manager:

Tom has been with the Brothers team since 2002, making him one of the longest-standing and most trusted members of our crew. With decades of experience under his belt, Tom has worn many hats — from working in the field to project manager — but his true specialty lies in overseeing all digging and trenching operations.

His deep knowledge of underground systems, site prep, and excavation logistics ensures every project gets off to a solid start — safely and efficiently. Whether it’s coordinating equipment, managing crews, or navigating tight job sites, Tom brings a calm, no-nonsense approach that keeps things moving and minimizes delays.

Known for his reliability, sharp problem-solving, and unmatched work ethic, Tom plays a vital role in laying the groundwork — literally — for the success of every job we take on.

Estimator:

Keshaun brings a strong foundation in both residential and commercial electrical work, which he utilizes to deliver precise and dependable estimates.

Keshaun brings a strong technical foundation paired with a clear passion for continuous learning. He stays current on evolving materials, construction methods, and industry standards, ensuring his estimates reflect the latest practices. His organized approach and clear communication provide the project team with the insight they need to plan effectively and execute with confidence.

Working behind the scenes or on-site, Keshaun approaches each project with professionalism, precision, and a team-first mindset—making him a valued contributor to the company’s ongoing success.

Project Coordinator:

Since joining the team in 2024, Nathan has become a go-to person for keeping things organized and running smoothly. He helps keep everyone on the same page, makes sure schedules are in check, and pitches in wherever needed to keep projects moving forward. He’s also the one behind the scenes managing Procore—keeping track of documents, updates, and making sure nothing slips through the cracks.
