The Flats at Jenkintown is a newly constructed luxury residential community located at 1300 Greenwood Avenue in Jenkintown, PA. The project features 104 high-end apartment and townhome units and offers a range of premium amenities. The electrical work on this project played a critical role in delivering a modern, energy-efficient, and resident-focused living experience.

The scope of electrical services included full infrastructure for both high- and low-voltage systems. This involved panel installations, unit-by-unit wiring, LED lighting packages, GFCI/AFCI compliance, and the integration of in-unit washers and dryers. All units were outfitted with energy-efficient lighting and dedicated circuits for stainless steel kitchen appliances.

Community amenities such as a state-of-the-art fitness center, game room, outdoor lounge with firepits, and EV charging stations required complex electrical coordination, load balancing, and strategic routing of power and lighting systems. Additionally, work included lighting and power for common areas, emergency backup systems, structured cabling for data and communications, and power to access control and building management systems.

Electrical installation was performed in compliance with NEC standards and local code, with an emphasis on clean finishes and long-term reliability in a high-traffic, high-amenity environment.
